Notes
1. Knead soft and smooth dough that will make soft parathas.
2. While rolling try to roll evenly and gently from all the sides that will give nice shape to parathas

Instructions

In a bowl add wheat flour, salt and mix it well.Add little water at a time and knead smooth and soft dough.When the dough is ready take little oil in your palm and rub it over the dough.Cover this dough.Let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes.After 15-20 minutes take out the dough and knead it once again.Divide the dough in pieces and roll them to ball shape.Roll one ball to big chapatti, spread little oil all over the rolled chapatti .Now fold the chapatti one third from one side and fold it one third from other side so that they overlap each other.Again spread little oil on folded chapatti.Fold it again one third from both side. Now you will get the square shape dough.Do same with all the rolled balls.dip it in dry flour and roll it with gentle hands.Heat the tawa or pan at medium heat and put rolled paratha on it.When you see spots turn it over and apply some oil.Spread the oil and gently press the paratha for even cooking.Flip it over again and spread some oil on this side.Cook till paratha get nice brown spots on both the side. Square shaped paratha or basic paratha is ready to serve.
